朱树华,教授,硕士生导师。讲授本科生的《化学生物学》、《文献检索》和研究生的《化学生物学》等课程。先后主持国家和省级科研项目5项,以一作/共同一作或通讯作者在《Food Chemistry》,《Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture》,《Postharvest Biology & Technology》等国际著名期刊上发表SCI 论文50余篇。授权发明专利2项。

学科方向

采后果实在不同环境胁迫下的生理失调和调控机制;

控制果实采后病害的化学生物学技术及机理研究;

一氧化氮调控果实完熟衰老的化学生物学;

果实成熟衰老中的线粒体功能;

生物纳米材料与果蔬类食品安全。
